User Consultation of Statistical Publications

DCSF aims to make its statistics relevant and useful. To meet these aims the Department is carrying out user consultations to review the following statistical publications:

  • Education and Training Statistics for the United Kingdom: 2009

  • National Statistics Neighbourhood Statistics - Announcement of the release of small area Pupil Absence by Pupil Characteristics in England, 2008/09

  • Pupil Absence in Schools in England: Autumn Term 2008 and Spring Term 2009

  • Pupil Absence in Schools in England, including Pupil Characteristics: School Year 2008/09

  • Pupil Absence - Autumn 2009 Term Report (Provisional)

  • Pupil Absence - Spring 2010 Term Report (Provisional)

  • School Destinations of Secondary School Pupils Resident in London Boroughs, 2010

At present we are compiling a list of interested parties whom we will then approach for opinion and comment. If you use these publications, or others in our publication portfolio, and would like to contribute to the review please register your interest via email stating the publication of interest. The outcome of the review will feed into the Department's statistical work plan for 2010-11.
