DescriptionThis release helps explain the differences between the measures of first time entrants aged 10-17 to the criminal justice systems statistics found at http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/rsgateway/DB/STR/d000821/index.shtml and offences brought to justice statistics which are contained in the criminal statistics 2007 publication http://www.justice.gov.uk/publications/criminalannual.htm.

This does not contain any new statistics but pulls together the summary data from the two fore mentioned publications.
