Update 29th December 2008 It has been necessary to revise the Statistical First Release as published on 18th December. The revisions made for data relating to 2006/7 and 2007/8 are to correct an inconsistency in the methodology used in breakdowns for the category 'Below Level 2 (excluding Skills for Life)' as presented in tables 1 and 3 to 6. These changes lead to downward revisions for this category but does not affect the total learner numbers.
