DCSF: Youth Cohort Study: The Activities and Experiences of 19 year olds: England and Wales 2007

DescriptionThis Statistical First Release will report summary findings from the 19 year olds sweep of the 12th Youth Cohort Study for England and Wales. The survey was conducted in Spring 2007 in the 4th academic year since the sample completed compulsory education. The sample was also surveyed in the previous three springs at ages 16, 17 and 18 allowing transitions over the period to be analysed. The last SFR on 19 year olds was published 24/11/2005 (SFR 48/2005) and the content and coverage will be very similar - educational attainment, study, training and employment activity broken down by socio-demographic variables, together with transitions between states across the four sweeps at 16, 17, 18 and 19.
