Government Supported Further Education and Work Based Learning for Young People on 1 November 2002 - Volumes [Prepared and published by the Learning and Skills Council in consultation with DfES statisticians]
| Description | This SFR combines and updates key figures from two separate SFRs. These cover government supported work based learning for young people (SFR 27/2002 - published on 24 October 2002) and one covering student numbers at colleges in FE sector and external institutions (ISR/SFR 21 - published on 28 March 2002). This is the first SFR to show Further Education and Work-based Learning (WBL) data together. The SFR will show the number of people in learning on FE and WBL in November 2002,including breakdowns by sex and ethnicity. There is a table specific to FE showing breakdowns by college type, mode of attendance (e.g. full-time full-year) and age bands. There is also a table specific to WBL showing the number of starts in each quarter on each strand of WBL (e.g. Advanced Modern Apprenticeships) | ||
