DCSF: Parent Support Adviser Pilot Evaluation - Second Interim Report Research Information
| Description | Parent Support Advisers (PSA) focus on work with parents to improve pupil behaviour and attendance, building on the best of what schools are already doing to enhance home-school relationships. They offer advice with parenting and support for pupils and parents at the first sign the pupil may be experiencing social, emotional, health or behavioural issues. The PSA pilot is examining the effectiveness, impact and cost-effectiveness of different ways of providing early intervention and preventative support to parents. This interim report presents findings from the second phase of the evaluation. | |
