What the relative skill levels (as proxied by NVQ level equivalents, with academic/vocational split) are for the UK relative to our competititors. 2. Have relative levels converged or diverged since the last Skills Audit. 3. At what age does the gap between ourselves and our competitors open up. 4. How can the comparisons be improved? 5. Can other countries be added to the comparison? Collected via analysis of existing data sources, understanding the education systems of the countries and applying this understanding to produce comparable figures.
