2.13	acquire new knowledge and skills, while developing in confidence and self-knowledge about how they are progressing and what they need to do to improve.

2.13.1	are able to acquire skills in literacy, numeracy and language that they can apply and use effectively in vocational areas, work activities or other training.
2.13.2	understand the contents of their ILPs and learning goals.
2.13.3	participate in frequent reviews of achievement of targets and learning goals.
2.13.4	understand the future actions they need to take in order to complete their programme or progress to other internal or external learning opportunities.
