2.10.1 negotiate individual learning plans (ILPs) with learners, including targets and learning goals.
2.10.2 use the results of initial and diagnostic assessment, including an analysis of learning styles, to develop challenging but achievable targets.

2.10.4 review and record progress regularly, and develop new targets for the ILP as necessary.
