2.13	acquire new knowledge and skills, while developing in confidence and self-knowledge about how they are progressing and what they need to do to improve.

2.13.1	develop and demonstrate the confidence to extend their skills and apply them in a range of settings.
2.13.2	each have an ILP that they own and understand.
2.13.3	know that teachers will measure progress against the ILP and that they will agree future learning needs and goals to enable further progress to be made.
