2.15	apply effort to succeed with their work, work productively and make effective use of their time.

2.15.1	recognise the commitment, skills and standards needed to progress to full-time education, training or employment when they return to the community.
2.15.2	know the importance and benefits of applying literacy, numeracy and language skills in all learning contexts in the YOI and when they return to their communities.
2.15.3	receive appropriate help and support for learning in line with the goals set in their ILPs.
