2.7.1carry out assessments in line with national standards for youth justice and the requirements of the relevant standards for the delivery of learning and skills within a YOI.
2.7.2assess and monitor young people in relation to specific objectives set within their individual learning plans (ILPs).
2.7.3develop with learners ILPs that contain clear timescales in relation to when targets will be achieved.
2.7.4link the review of learning goals in ILPs to the timing of Sentence Plan Reviews.
2.7.5involve young people fully in all review processes and record their comments and concerns.
