5.8.1all staff develop skills and knowledge to implement the PLUS strategy as part of Skills for Life and the Youth Justice Board's effective practice strategy in particular in relation to education, training and employment (ETE) and resettlement.
5.8.2all staff will have nationally recognised qualifications or will be working towards them, in line with the Skills for Life qualifications infrastructure and the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for Youth Justice and in a way that is relevant to their role and responsibilities.
