Departmental Documents
The Department for Education and Skills produces a number of official documents that set the direction of the Department.
These are:
Green Papers
Green Papers are consultation documents issued by the government containing policy proposals for debate and discussion before a final decision is taken on the best policy option.
White Papers
White Papers are documents issued by a government department containing detailed proposals for legislation.
Strategy Papers
Strategy papers set out the Department's aims and objectives, aligned to the Departmental vision.
