The aim of this website is to allow you to quickly find the answer to your query. You can do this by using the drop down menu options in the blue 'Popular Questions' banner above.
Initially on the site, you will be presented with the Top Ten questions we are currently receiving. You can search the website by:
- Selecting a category from the 'Questions About...' drop-down box;
- Selecting a topic from the 'Select a category' drop-down box;
- Typing a keyword in the 'Keyword Search' box and clicking 'Go'.
These selections can be used alone or in combination to find the most accurate search results.
When questions are displayed, answers can be revealed by clicking the question text or the arrow symbol to the left. If you cannot locate the question you have by using the various search options, you can submit a new question to the site by following the link displayed if a search is unsuccessful.
The remaining options are requested via the links under the banner. Home will take you back to the website introductory page. Top Ten will take you to the Top Ten overall questions. What's New will display newly added questions. Display All Answers will function when questions are displayed and, when clicked, will reveal all of the answers for that page. It will then be replaced with a Hide All Answers link which will do the opposite. The About Us link will display a summary about the Department's Public Communications Unit (PCU) that administers this website. The Cymraeg link provides a Welsh translation of the PCU summary. Finally, the Help link will bring you to this page at any point.
Thank you for using the website and we hope that you find the answer you are looking for.
