LSC publishes 'The Prospectus'
21 September 2007The LSC has published Developing the Offenders’ Learning and Skills Service: the Prospectus. This document sets out the LSC’s proposals to develop and reform learning and skills arrangements for offenders in custody and in the community, and invites partners and stakeholders to provide comments and feedback.
