The DfES wishes to develop an evidence-based strategy for developing the children's services market, which includes education, social care, health and other services for children, young people and families, including parents.
The research specification for each market was different and the research findings are contained in four separate reports. The overarching report, which draws together the themes from the four other reports, as well as the summary of the research brief, are available to download.
