In these case studies LAs, and other organisations responsible for implementing targeted youth support (TYS), share emerging practice around developing a locally owned case for change.
The case studies detail the challenges faced, the actions taken and the resulting impact, and offer some implementation tips for the following areas:
- involving vulnerable young people, their families, carers and communities
- understanding the needs of vulnerable young people and of current service provision
- developing clear, shared goals and a comprehensive plan for service reform.
Their purpose is to give you a taste of the different practices as they emerge, as well as the opportunity to find out more about issues relevant to you and your authority.
