Using the Service Audit Tool course

This course is for everyone who wants to use the Early Support Service Audit Tool to evaluate, plan and improve multi-agency delivery of services to disabled children.

The course takes you through a range of activities that will help you see the benefits of using the audit tool and enable you to use it to plan service delivery to meet the needs of families more effectively and in a family-centred way.

Who it's for

This training course is aimed at the widest possible audience. It is suitable for all those who wish to use the service audit tool practitioners, managers, families and others.

How you'll benefit

The service audit tool is a powerful instrument that can help you to improve services, but you need to know how to find your way round it, how to use it to best effect and how to keep the focus on families while using the tool. The course provides a step-by-step guide to using the tool effectively. This 'hands-on' training will demystify the audit tool and show you how it can help you to implement Early Support in your area.

Where courses are held

Courses will be held at various locations in England depending on demand. We aim to train people in groups of no more than 20 participants (and not less than ten). The course can also be arranged in other locations if there is sufficient interest.
