Being a key worker
'When I came into post as a family key worker, there was no formal system of key working in place... I must admit to being daunted at the task before me could I make a positive difference to families' experience of service use? ... I have found the role to be busy, frustrating, sometimes emotionally draining but ... I meet many interesting people, have built up many effective, often fun relationships with families I work with and have a real sense of achievement and job satisfaction everyday.'
