Diploma: subject areas

Diplomas will be rolled out gradually over the next four years with five being taught for the first time in 2008. By 2011, Diplomas will be available in seventeen subject areas.

Diploma Development Partnerships (DDP) are responsible for the design of each Diploma. DDP websites can be accessed by clicking on the Diploma titles in the table below. The final three DDPs will be launched shortly.

Each DDP is based in a Sector Skills Council (SSCs) and works with partner SSCs to ensure that the Diploma content is relevant to a range of vocational areas. Details of SSC involvement are available in the document at the foot of this page.
